- Optionally, only if you connect it, push action items to Notion
- Optionally, only if you connect it, post action items to Slack
- Send your notes anywhere unless you explicitly connect Notion or Slack
- Read your email, files, calendar, or other apps
- Run shell commands, fetch URLs, or access the internet
- Access or store passwords, API keys, or login tokens
- Delete or modify existing Notion pages or Slack history beyond posting the items you approve
