Privacy Policy

This policy covers the AgentPod website, launch updates, reservations and private investor access. It explains what personal data we use, why we use it and the choices you have.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is UNICORNARY, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered in France under SIREN 994 689 305, with its registered office at 8 rue de Douai, 75009 Paris, France. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@agentpod.com or write to our registered address.

Launch signups and reservations

When you save your email, we record your email address, the form you used, your selected model if provided, the date of signup and the version of the launch-update consent you accepted. We also create a private browser session so you can continue to your reservation and view its status. This signup does not create an account.

For a reservation, we record your selected model, checkout reference, accepted reservation terms, payment reference, booking order and status, and any cancellation or credit status. We keep confirmation-email content and delivery records so we can send and manage messages about these steps.

When paid reservations open, Stripe-hosted checkout will collect the payment and billing details needed for your payment. You enter those details on Stripe's payment page. AgentPod uses the payment result and references to confirm the booking and manage refunds or credit.

Optional name inclusion

You may choose to provide a name to be laser marked on the plastic underside of every first-generation AgentPod. Eligibility is limited to the first 100 completed paid reservations before the artwork locks. We record your choice and the name you submit to prepare the production artwork.

An included name is visible on the outside, underneath those devices. You can change your choice before the artwork locks. Cancellation before lock removes your name from the production list. Once the artwork has locked, changes cannot remove a name from that production artwork or from devices already made. The lock date will be published in advance.

Site operation, support and private access

Our hosting infrastructure processes request information such as IP address, browser information and requested pages. Technical and error logs help us operate the site and investigate problems. If you contact us, we receive your contact details and the contents of your message.

For private investor materials, we process your email, access-code reference, session and access times, a hashed IP address, approximate location, browser information and viewing activity, including slides and video engagement. These records help us protect private materials and follow up on investor interest. Access and visit summaries may be sent to our team by email.

Why we use data

We use the following legal bases for these purposes:

  • Consent: sending the AgentPod launch updates you request and optional name inclusion.
  • Taking steps at your request and performing the reservation agreement: saving your model choice, maintaining your reservation session, confirming payment, sending reservation service messages, and handling cancellation or credit.
  • Legitimate interests: measuring visits, signups and reservations, and the results of our advertising, with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel; keeping the website secure and available, preventing duplicate or fraudulent transactions, diagnosing errors, answering enquiries, managing private investor access and following up on investor interest.
  • Legal obligations: keeping transaction records where required and responding to valid requests from public authorities.

Cookies and conversion tracking

The agentpod_homepage cookie keeps your reservation session available for 30 days. It contains a signed session token, not your email address, and is inaccessible to page scripts. Private investor access uses a separate signed session cookie, ap_invest, lasting up to 12 hours. These cookies support the features you request. Browser storage also remembers the email address you last saved, so our forms can fill it in for you; signing out on the reservation page forgets it.

On our public pages, Google Analytics 4 measures site use and successful signups or reservations, and Meta Pixel with Meta's Conversions API measures advertising conversions. These services can receive event identifiers, page and referral information, cookie identifiers, IP address and browser or device information. Our conversion events do not include the email address or name you enter in our forms. Event identifiers and browser storage help prevent the same completed step from being counted twice.

These tags load when you visit a public page. Private investor pages never load them. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings and still use the site and reservation flow, or email hello@agentpod.com to object to this measurement. Launch emails are a separate choice.

Who receives data

Our team and the providers supporting the relevant feature receive the data needed for that purpose. Optional name inclusion also requires sharing the selected names in production artwork with the people laser marking the device undersides.

  • Supabase provides the database and backend storage for signup, consent, session, reservation, email-delivery and private-access records.
  • Resend delivers emails and processes recipient addresses, message content and delivery information. Existing mailing-list support also handles unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, open and click events from earlier emails.
  • Lovable and the website's hosting infrastructure serve the site and process requests and technical logs.
  • Stripe is the planned provider for hosted reservation payments. It will process payment information and return the information needed to confirm and manage a reservation.
  • Google and Meta receive analytics and advertising-measurement data when you opt in. Their privacy notices explain their handling of that data.
  • We may disclose relevant records where required by law.

International processing

Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area through the providers used for hosting, email, payments and optional measurement. Provider data-processing terms describe the transfer safeguards they offer, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. How long data is needed

Retention depends on whether you still request launch updates, whether a reservation, refund or credit is still being administered, and whether records are needed for applicable accounting requirements or a dispute. Consent and suppression records may remain necessary after you stop receiving updates, to document your choices and prevent unwanted email. For technical and private-access records, the criteria are whether they are needed to investigate a security or support issue or manage ongoing investor discussions.

Withdrawing email consent stops launch updates. It does not cancel a reservation or automatically delete transaction records. The reservation session expires after 30 days, but that expiry does not delete the underlying signup or booking. Names already in locked production artwork or manufactured devices cannot be removed from those materials. You can ask us to delete other personal data, subject to any applicable reason we must retain it.

Your choices and rights

Contact hello@agentpod.com to exercise your rights. You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and a portable copy of data where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. We respond within the applicable GDPR timeframe, normally one month.

To stop launch updates, use the unsubscribe link where provided in an email, or contact us. Existing unsubscribe links remain supported. Reservation service messages, such as a payment or cancellation confirmation, are separate from launch updates. For tracking choices, use Cookie settings on the homepage. For name inclusion, use your reservation controls before artwork lock or contact us.

You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or the supervisory authority where you live or work.

Policy updates

We update this policy when the website's data use changes. The date above identifies the current notice. We will communicate material changes where appropriate.
