Terms of Service

These terms cover the AgentPod website, launch signup and priority reservation. A free email signup, a paid priority reservation and a hardware purchase are separate steps.

Who operates AgentPod

AgentPod is operated by UNICORNARY, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered in France under SIREN 994 689 305, with its registered office at 8 rue de Douai, 75009 Paris, France. Contact hello@agentpod.com with questions about the website or a reservation.

Launch signup

Saving your email signs you up for AgentPod launch and reservation updates and lets you continue to the reservation flow. It is free. It does not complete a paid reservation, qualify you for name inclusion, buy a device or use a Founders purchase allocation. You can withdraw launch-update consent as described in the Privacy Policy.

Priority reservations

When paid reservations are available, the reservation fee is US$50. A booking is complete when payment is confirmed, and its status is shown in the reservation confirmation. A $50 deposit reserves your chosen model and gives you priority to buy at launch. Founders Edition is limited to 100 of each model, 300 devices in total. Eligible paid reservations lock Air $599, AgentPod $1,099 or Max $2,049. Founders reservations are open for 30 days from the public opening of reservations. After the deadline or place 100, that model's Kickstarter price applies; in the retail phase, new reservations use Retail pricing. Starting checkout does not secure a price lock. Your confirmed reservation shows any guaranteed lock. A reservation is not a hardware purchase and does not guarantee a device.

Your $50 deposit is fully refundable anytime, including after it has been credited toward a purchase. One reservation can hold up to 10 units of one model. Each unit has its own deposit and its own Founders place. All units are refunded together. Founders Edition is limited to 100 paid reservations per model, 300 in total. The first 100 paid reservations per model earn its Founders price during the shared reservation window, which ends on December 31, 2026 (UTC), before the retail phase. The countdown shows the time remaining. A new lock requires payment verification to be recorded by our server before that deadline, including delayed payment confirmations. After the deadline or place 100, Kickstarter pricing applies; in the retail phase, new reservations use Retail pricing. Existing guaranteed locks are preserved. Earlier reservations without a guaranteed Founders lock are not upgraded retroactively and still count toward the model's allocation. Your confirmed reservation shows your lock. Refunding a reservation releases its unused price lock; paid reservation places are not recycled and the allocation does not shrink. You still need to back the project on Kickstarter. Optional name inclusion, laser marked on the plastic underside of every first-generation AgentPod, is separate, for the first 100 successful paid reservations overall, with an active or credited eligible reservation when name artwork locks. Cancel before lock and your name comes out. After lock, artwork cannot be changed, but your deposit remains refundable. The lock date will be published in advance. All 1,000 devices in the first run are numbered.

You can request cancellation through your reservation controls or by contacting hello@agentpod.com. A cancellation request is not a confirmed refund; the reservation status changes after the payment provider confirms settlement.

Prices and purchase allocations

Prices below are in US dollars, listed as Founders Edition, Kickstarter and Retail. Founders Edition is limited to 100 of each model, 300 devices in total, during the shared reservation window, which ends on December 31, 2026 (UTC). After place 100, new reservations use that model's Kickstarter price. After the campaign, Retail pricing applies. A verified paid reservation can secure a price lock; a free email signup cannot. Existing confirmed locks remain valid.

  • Air: $599 Founders Edition, $699 Kickstarter, $899 Retail. Founders $599 for the first 100 paid reservations. Then $699.
  • AgentPod: $1,099 Founders Edition, $1,299 Kickstarter, $1,699 Retail. Founders $1,099 for the first 100 paid reservations. Then $1,299.
  • Max: $2,049 Founders Edition, $2,249 Kickstarter, $2,999 Retail. Founders $2,049 for the first 100 paid reservations. Then $2,249.

Numbered devices and optional names

All 1,000 devices in the first run are numbered. Optional name inclusion is limited to the first 100 completed paid bookings globally, across all models, before the name artwork locks. Free signups and unfinished payments do not count. Opt-outs and cancellations do not create new first-100 places.

Your confirmation shows whether your booking qualifies. If eligible, you can choose the name to laser mark on the plastic underside of every first-generation AgentPod, or opt out. Name inclusion requires an eligible booking that remains active or has converted to credit at artwork lock. Cancel before lock and your name comes out. After lock, the production artwork cannot be changed. We will publish the lock date in advance.

Name eligibility does not guarantee a device or the Founders price for any model.

Launch and hardware purchases

Kickstarter launch is planned for November 10, 2026, with shipping starting Christmas 2026. You still need to back the project on Kickstarter to buy a device. A reservation is not the hardware purchase. The campaign and purchase checkout will set out the applicable purchase, delivery and payment terms.

Using the website

Use an email address you control and submit accurate reservation details. Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access someone else's reservation or private materials, submit fraudulent payments or misrepresent your affiliation with AgentPod.

The AgentPod name, branding, website design, text and media belong to UNICORNARY or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for its intended purpose. Reusing its content beyond what the law permits requires the relevant rights holder's permission.

Changes and disputes

We may update the website and these terms. The terms accepted for a completed reservation remain the reference for that booking. Material changes to an existing reservation will be communicated to affected customers.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact hello@agentpod.com first about a problem with the website or a reservation.
