Your $99 deposit is fully refundable anytime, including after it has been credited toward a purchase. One reservation can hold up to 10 units of one model. Each unit has its own deposit and its own Founders place. All units are refunded together. Founders Edition is limited to 100 paid reservations per model, 300 in total. The first 100 paid reservations per model earn its Founders price during the shared reservation window, which ends on December 31, 2026 (UTC), before the retail phase. The countdown shows the time remaining. A new lock requires payment verification to be recorded by our server before that deadline, including delayed payment confirmations. After the deadline or place 100, Kickstarter pricing applies; in the retail phase, new reservations use Retail pricing. Existing guaranteed locks are preserved. Earlier reservations without a guaranteed Founders lock are not upgraded retroactively and still count toward the model's allocation. Your confirmed reservation shows your lock. Refunding a reservation releases its unused price lock; paid reservation places are not recycled and the allocation does not shrink. You still need to back the project on Kickstarter. Optional name inclusion, laser marked on the plastic underside of every first-generation AgentPod, is separate, for the first 100 successful paid reservations overall, with an active or credited eligible reservation when name artwork locks. Cancel before lock and your name comes out. After lock, artwork cannot be changed, but your deposit remains refundable. The lock date will be published in advance. All 1,000 devices in the first run are numbered.
